By applying thousands of pounds of radial force in every direction, we can guarantee our wheels will perform through years of potholes, bumpy roads, and off-road adventures.

In addition to Radial Fatigue Testing, we put our wheels through several other intense quality checks:

• Cornering Fatigue Testing: Simulates the stresses of hard cornering and sharp turns.
• Impact Testing: Wheels are struck by a weighted pendulum to confirm impact resistance.
• Heat Endurance Testing: Wheels are heated to extreme temps up to 500°F to verify thermal stability.
• Salt Spray Testing: Wheels are subjected to a corrosive salt spray to validate finish durability.
• Wheel Lip Shimmy Testing: Simulates wheel imbalance and oscillation at high speeds.

We use advanced casting methods to craft our aluminum wheels to the tightest tolerances for peak durability. During machining, we precision cut each wheel to give it the perfect style and fit. Then skilled technicians carefully assemble and inspect each wheel by hand, ensuring the quality before it ships to customers.

This meticulous construction enables us to build wheels to meet even our own strict performance standards. Our hands-on manufacturing process results in a level of craftsmanship that you can feel and see in every Tuff® Wheel.

We Stand Behind Our Wheels with Confidence

In addition to our rigorous quality testing, Tuff® Wheels provides customers with an industry-leading warranty. We firmly stand behind our products and manufacture each wheel to last.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for up to 5 years after purchase when registered at TuffWheels.com. Any cracked or structurally damaged wheel is eligible for our warranty program and can be repaired or replaced.

We also warranty the custom finish on our wheels against excessive fading, cracking, pitting, or peeling for as long as you own the wheel. To protect your finish, we use a high-grade multi-stage coating process that can hold up to punishment from road debris, car washes, brake dust, weather, and off-roading adventures.
